Thursday - 1.3.13
So if you have followed me for any amount of time you know I hate spiders! Remember the spider dream? Well for being a person who hates spiders so much they sure know how to find me. I decided to compose a list of all the places these eight legged little nightmares have caught up with me at. I swear they just know these places are my worst nightmare and show up!
5. In the shower!
Yes there I am enjoying my nice steamy shower. I was washing my hair, got my head back, eyes closed, raising off, when I pull my head out of the water and open my eyes what has dropped down nearly 6 inches from my face? Yea this little sucker had built its web in our window sill just high enough I couldn't drowned it!
4. While takin' a bath!
Relaxing in the bath is one of my favorite things to do. Warm water, smelly good stuff, candles, a good book and a glass of wine... oooooh yea! Door locked and by myself or so I think. There I am off in la la land book when I notice something floating in my water. Yep even dead I jumped my booty of the tub!
3. While driving!
This has actually happened to me a couple of times and I want to cry every time it does. I have been driving and been a passenger. The thing about having one in the car, at least with me is I smack it and then lose it. Don't know if it is dead and now it's free to crawl on me!
2. On you!
In any way shape or form, if ever there is one crawling on me I always react the same way. Hysterical! Waving my arms around like I'm on fire, screaming like I'm being stabbed. It never fails that just like in the car, I lose the dang thing! Now with the way I wave my arms around I could have flung it up into my hair, so after I have already made a mockery of myself, I realize this point and now I'm running my fingers through my hair making my head a giant rats nest. Not a good look.
1. In bed!
This is my all time worst nightmare. Not only have I seen them scurry across the covers while I'm laying in the bed, but have woken up to them crawling on my arms. The White Queen made the mistake of telling me when I was young that we swallow about seven spiders in our sleep throughout our life time! So now I'm so paranoid I have to fall asleep with my hand over my mouth! I have even had literal nightmares about them, numerous times! I linked the hysterical story of one of these nightmares at the top, but here it is again: Spider Nightmare.
