So one day the Dormouse decided the wall in what we call the "kids room" was the best place to start gluing her "art" to. I did not. The only thing that would get it off was Goo Gone!
Foam board
Curling Ribbon
Regular tape
Decorative Duck Tape
Scissors
Start by taking the ribbon and measure from one corner to the other. Cut a piece of ribbon a bit longer than that and tape it down.
I recommend taping on the front to hold in in place and then folding over over the ribbon and taping to to the back to keep it from slipping. I knotted the ends to give it double the strength.
Now keep going, moving out from the corner.
Make sure you weaving the ribbon in and out so it makes boxes. This way pictures will stay in place.
Half way done!
I was reinforcing tape. If two ribbons lined up I just tape each ribbon.
This is how it should look when the ribbon is all on the board. Remember it doesn't have to be perfect.
And this is how the back will look. Don't worry if it looks sloppy we're going to cover it.
Next step is the fun Duck Tape!
Tape each on the edges, leaving just a little bit flap in tuck over the edge.
Then do the same on the back. You can cut off the extra ribbon if you want, but nobody is going to see it.
Next take two of those of the Command picture hanging strips, the Velcro kind. They are easy peel off so they won't hurt your wall. Press them together and stick on side to the board.
Close up of what the look like stuck to the board.
Once you figure out where you want to hang it. Peel off the other side and press against the wall.
And Walla!
Thanks for sharing another adventure with me!

This looks like a really fin project! Probably it would also make sense to use an elastic ribbon for the raster. Thanks for sharing!
