Last week we went up to mid Cali to visit my sister-in-law. She is just awesome in the kitchen and filled us up with some yummy goodness. A recipe she and my mother-in-law have used for years is this one, Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread and boy was it heavenly! I had a pumpkin still from our adventure to the pumpkin patch, she showed me how to make it and it's soooooo easy!
