How to shred a carrot...

This is one of those things that is such a no brainer but I've heard so many people say how do you get those perfect little carrot pieces for salads and what not. Well it's very easy and I use nearly the entire carrot!

Simply stick a tooth pick in one end out the carrot and use a potato peeler. If your using bigger carrots cut them into smaller, more manageable pieces.
